Twenty-four people were injured, of them five were from the police.
The IS group is blamed for Thursday's tragedy at the capital, according to Jakarta Police Inspector General Chief Tito Karnavian.
The statement said[1] the attacks targeted a gathering of citizens from the "Crusader coalition", referring to the US-led alliance of countries combatting IS in Iraq[2] and Syria[3].
"Another victim who was in a coma since the beginning died last night", Jakarta police spokesman Muhammad Iqbal told Agence France-Presse, confirming the latest death.
Khalid said three other people suspected of being supporters of Islamic State were arrested this week at Kuala Lumpur airport after they returned from Turkey.

Jakarta's police chief told reporters: "ISIS is behind this attack definitely", using a common acronym for Islamic State, and he named an Indonesian militant called Bahrun Naim as the man responsible for plotting it.
